I’ve yet to use any debit card including the Al Rajhi one. I’m planning to go for Public Bank’s debit card since the bank is just opposite my office. Currently my PayPal only has $5. hahahah.

Hey some update about Public Bank's debit card (you can read the post on my blog). It works now for me. It was a silly mistake on my part, so learn from my mistake! I did enquire about the card from Al Rajhi and what I was told by the staff was that it's NOT supposed to work with Paypal as they discourage it. But if you got it working, then good for you. I think there’s one more bank but I’ve forgotten about the name. These 2 are the more popular ones. If you happen to know other debit cards which PayPal can use, do share with us.
