List of Fixed Deposit rates for foreign banks

In this post, I will give an overview on the rates for some of the more popular foreign banks in Malaysia namely Citibank, HSBC, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Standard Chartered. OCBC is having a promotion and I could not find their standard rates. You can check out OCBC’s promotion for FD rate HERE.
